I have been a Realtor since 1976, involved in over 700 transactions. Many of my clients have become friends, buying and selling with me a few times while others are ‘staying put’ in homes I helped them find. So why Victoria?

In the early 70′s I’d visit Victoria. Living in Vancouver, Victoria fascinated me; the beauty, healthy air, the human scale of its shops, streets and buildings. I moved here not knowing anyone, with my young family. It was an Adventure…that I’m still enjoying every day. It’s the spirit of Victoria and Vancouver Island… what a lovely part of the world to call home.   My life here is active; volunteering, performing with my choir, cooking, walking my dog…and travelling. My wife Brannan and I enjoy home exchanging around the world. Many wish to visit Victoria, so (through our Home Exchange Org’ ) we get offers from Manhattan to Vienna, San Francisco to Edinburgh. Paris for a month was our first exchange. Curious? I can tell you more…

I’m a Director of the Victoria Jazz Society, involved in our Music Festivals (Jazzfest and Blues Bash) working behind the scenes. Actively coordinate/sponsor Benefits supporting Mustard Seed Food Bank, Eldercare, the Read Society, Riding for the Disabled, the Conservatory of Music. Enthusiastic member of the Victoria Soul Gospel Choir, am also the publicist, (coordinating concerts).
