Choosing to work with me as your Realtor® means working together in a
relationship where trust, care, professionalism, and service are the
starting point for buying or selling your home.
I always strive to cultivate a no-nonsense, no pressure, no worry approach to my work, aiming to create a smooth transaction for clients with a minimum of stress, and a providence of helpful information when needed. I am collaborative by nature and pride myself on bringing people together to get the deal done. Client interactions are about communication, friendliness, sincerity, and a commitment to exceeding your expectations of service in real estate, by handling every aspect of each transaction conscientiously and thoroughly. Personal integrity is at the core of my dealings, as I remain active in my faith community and city for positive change.
I grew up in Victoria, attended Camosun College and UVic, and enjoyed a successful career in the service industry with one of the country’s top hotel chains before coming to real estate. Over time, I became a celebrated and awarded hospitality professional, being named “Best in the Pacific Northwest” by EAT Magazine’s judges at the 2010 Art of the Cocktail Challenge. A number of other ventures into graphic design, new media and marketing, photography, public service, and even the music industry gave me a diverse and well-rounded skill set. Shortly after my wife and I were married over a decade ago, we entered the real estate market, and as we sought opportunities there, I found myself amassing the knowledge and experience as buyer, seller, investor, renovation contractor, and landlord that would later inform my expertise as a real estate agent. I pride myself on being a life-long learner, and always keep abreast of trade and market changes.
I live happily with my wife and three children in Fairfield, where we enjoy all that Victoria has to offer. I love my hometown, and can’t wait to help get you a piece of it.
