Interesting living levels allow for separation of family and guests - but this home also has wonderful rooms and space to allow for gathering as well! Upon entry from the quiet no-through street (Double Garage) the cathedral ceiling and light will draw you in. Pass by the door to the Master suite & step down to the main living level to the sunroom, kitchen, dining room and living room (fp), all with captivating south facing views of Gonzales Bay, Sooke Hills & the surrounding neighbourhood. The balcony off this level allows for a 180 degree stunning view. The lower level includes the family room, office, another bedroom & bath, laundry, storage and two more balconies one of which has access to the lower property. This is premium Victoria real estate and if you want a view (without tour buses) this is unsurpassed.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
