Now with Newport Realty and Christie's International Real Estate, Cheryl consistently ranks among the top agents in all Victoria real estate companies and in 2018 was a recipient of the MLS® Outstanding Achievement Award for having won a top MLS® Award for 25 consecutive years.
Cheryl began her real estate career in Edmonton back in 1991, and she soon ranked in the top ten Alberta-wide. Moving to Victoria in 1993 she rose quickly to be the number one producer in Royal LePage Victoria. (Based on closed and collected gross commission income 1994-2016)
Before turning her hand to real estate, Cheryl was manager of a number of high-end women's fashion stores in both Toronto and Edmonton. Moving to Saskatoon, Cheryl, along with her two sisters opened their own highly successful fashion store, Fashion's Sixth Avenue.
Cheryl has always been a people person — something honed early on as a Human Resources Manager with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in Edmonton and Toronto. Not bad for a kid who grew up in a big family on a farm in Saskatchewan.
Dana Davis holds the office together. As Client Services Manager, Dana coordinates the sales activities while keeping buyers and sellers fully informed. "Fully informed" is not just a saying, it is a promise.
Her management of the office and control of every last detail of every transaction enables Cheryl to devote a hundred percent of their time to working face to face with clients.
A former REALTOR®, Dana's knowledge of the marketplace is invaluable to clients who have questions about any and all aspects of real estate: be it about plans for the advertising campaign for your property, a list of property lawyers or building inspectors or a recommendation about the best school in a certain neighbourhood.
Dana holds a degree in Journalism from Ryerson in Toronto. She has worked with Cheryl for more than 24 years, creating the strong underpinning that keeps the Cheryl Bejcar & Associates team on top.
