Reiner Theil is a REALTOR® with Newport Realty Ltd., serving Victoria, Saanich East, and the Saanich Peninsula. He guides relocating families and professionals through the buying process, helping them find the right neighborhood fit for their lifestyle, often from afar. For Sellers, Reiner manages pre-listing preparation, pricing strategy, professional photography and marketing, and negotiations through to closing.
Since 2019, Reiner has helped more than 100 families move to or within Greater Victoria, with over $80M in career sales. He’s become especially focused on Saanich East and the Peninsula – Cordova Bay, Broadmead, Brentwood Bay, and beyond – because he loves showing people what life here actually offers: the outdoor access, the pace, the way family life fits. These areas don’t get the same attention some other Victoria pockets do, and that’s part of what he likes about them. A lot of his work is less about square footage and more about helping people see the lifestyle they’re buying into.
Reiner moved from Vancouver in 2011 to attend the University of Victoria and never left. He and his family live in Saanich East, raising their kids on the Island. Before real estate, he worked in advertising for a tech company, and before that, at lululemon – both jobs that taught him a lot about what matters to people. He cares about this part of the Island because it’s home, and because it’s the kind of place that rewards someone who actually knows it well.
