Arlin Baillie MA

My name is Arlin Baillie, I am 37 years old, and I have lived in Victoria since 2008. I hold a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and many certifications related to public safety. My wife Emily and I have a fun-loving son named Beau and a golden retriever named Roo. We call Broadmead home.
