Top-floor and corner privacy with sunset views. This owner occupied 2 bed, 1 bath condo (approx. 900 sq ft) enjoys west-facing mountain and skyline vistas of the Saanich skyline, bathing the home in natural light all afternoon. The layout offers separation of spaces with the bedrooms set away from the main living and kitchen. In-suite laundry keeps day-to-day life simple, and the kitchen has recent appliance updates, including a newer dishwasher. Strata fee includes heat and hot water, adding year-round comfort and predictable costs. Window coverings and air conditioners are included, so you can settle in quickly. Tucked on the quiet side of the building, it feels peaceful while still being close to everything. One parking stall is included, plus extra storage for bikes and seasonal gear. No age restrictions and pet friendly for cats and dogs. Central location near transit, shopping, schools, major routes and the Galloping Goose Trail. A great blend of light, privacy and convenience.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
