A rare and valuable OCEANFRONT acreage comprising 3 GLORIOUS ACRES of majestic, peaceful and private WATERFRONT property. Just minutes away from Cadboro Bay Village, and loved for over 50 years by one family, this magical paradise paints memories that last forever. Stroll down the private, winding drive and you immediately feel as one with the MATURE GARDENS of rhododendrons, clematis, giant fir and Oak trees that frame an original 1938 residence. Rolling lawns, native grasses and wild Camus meadows mix naturally amongst rocky outcroppings and grassy paths that lead to the shoreline. A widening seascape draws one to the ever changing OCEAN and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS of Haro Strait and the SAN JUAN islands. Beyond the saltwater swimming pool rests a character BEACH HOUSE at the shoreline where the waves greet the shore. This once in a lifetime, world class property represents the best of west coast seaside living positioned amongst some of Victoria’s finest architectural homes and estates.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
