This property offers a classic Salt Spring Island setting. It is nestled on five private, sunny, level acres with extensive green space and a pond, surrounded by Mature trees. The well built home features a welcoming country kitchen with a Pacific Energy woodstove. The kitchen opens to the eating area and family room. The upper level offers a bright living and dining combination with a fireplace, two generous bedrooms one with an ensuite and a third room that could be used as a bedroom, den or home office. The land is fenced for horses and equestrian amenities include a large riding ring, a six stall 1430 sqft barn which could be converted to a workshop, a two stall shed, paddocks and pastures. The septic field is new, and there is an RV site. Zoning allows for a guest cottage and studio adding future potential. Ideally located on the south end of the island in a desirable area, this property offers privacy, versatility and a true rural island lifestyle.”
