Wide open spaces, ocean views, brilliant sunsets and spectacular starlit nights - 4537 Otter Point has it all. A unique, masterfully crafted property: 10 acres of gently-sloping southwest facing land affords views over Gordon's Beach, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, and the Olympic Mountains. A 1991-built custom art-deco revival home is the centrepiece: 2300 sq ft on three levels: two self-contained vacation units below, two bedrooms on the main, and a stunning master suite upstairs, with rooftop decks, walk in closet, and luxurious ensuite bath, including a door to a private rooftop outdoor shower. A charming century cottage and efficient tiny home offer additional accommodation or revenue potential. Previously operated as a successful B&B and hobby farm, there are also numerous outbuildings: barn, chicken coop, ocean-view fire pit, pump house, and more. Current farm-tax status for lower assessment and taxes. Note re rooms: lower, main, second = house; third = cottage; other=tiny house.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
