Royal Bay is one of Victoria’s most family oriented communities where neighbours connect and kids can safely play outside until the street lights come on. This premier seaside community where the beach and trails are part of daily life, has walkable amenities known as the Commons (a seaside retail village), schools, great playgrounds, fields and 10km of lush, natural trails. The traditional front porch allows you to sit, read and mingle. Inside, open concept living space draws you in, an inviting natural gas fireplace to welcome friends and family. The beautiful kitchen has lots of storage and a pantry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances. Enjoy BBQ’s on the southwest facing back deck with views of the Olympic Mts. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms featuring a primary suite with a large ensuite and a large walk in closet. The fully finished basement includes a media room and second kitchen/wet bar space or this could be a completely separate one bedroom suite with its own entrance. Detached two car garage with rear lane access with plenty of room for vehicles and storage.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
