A rare mid-century modern retreat on a private 1.73-acre forested hillside, overlooking a wide stream that winds through lush wetlands into Eagle’s Lake. This striking architectural home blends the original 1973 round design with a bold two-storey 1990s circular addition, wrapped in floor-to-ceiling woodland and water views. Inside are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a spacious primary suite and two dramatic nature-immersed living rooms. A carriage-style rental suite adds ideal flexibility for guests, family, or income. Enjoy a true West Coast lifestyle with direct lake access for kayaking, expansive natural grounds, a workshop, greenhouse, and room for stables and a paddock — a private sanctuary offering beauty, character, and versatility in the heart of the Highlands.

About

Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Criminology and International Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In 2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate Board.
