Stylish Salt Spring Sanctuary. Set back on a private 3-acre lot, this designer tree house offers views from every window. An open floor plan with a vaulted cathedral ceiling is further enhanced by unique metal walls and a propane fireplace for chilly nights. Two generous bedrooms at opposite ends of the house, each with access to outdoor space, are complemented by two modern bathrooms. An open 280-sq. loft provides another living space or guest bedroom with elevated views. South-facing, an expansive cedar deck with cable wire railings wraps around the house, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience amongst the arbutus trees. On the front side, a fully-fenced French-inspired courtyard with a stone patio provides a serene outdoor setting perfect for entertaining. Down its own driveway, a 1074-sq. ft. additional building offers a multi-purpose space with soaring timber ceilings, perfect for a home office, workshop, or gallery space. With a boat launch down the road, the Long Harbour ferry minutes away, and all the conveniences of Ganges close by, a turn-key Salt Spring Island property awaits on Little Mountain.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
