Best value in the Slopes of Lake Cowichan now just $850,000! A thriving, safe & quiet community. With friendly neighbours, minimal traffic on your no thru street, generous size lots and wooded privacy behind your place, this is a neighbourhood you want to call home. Boasting hiking, walking and cycling trails everywhere, dog parks, and river tubing in the Summer, you will fall in love with all this has to offer. An abundance of almost 3000 finished sq ft, this main floor level Rancher includes a walk out basement perfectly designed for in laws, company or your growing family. With multiple Entertainment and Great room areas, this fantastic newer property is the right mix of home and function. Still under home warranty, you will be impressed with the fit, finish and level of quality. A separate parking stall is ideal for large boats, trailer or an RV. It would be difficult to design, build and replicate this home at this value with today's costs.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
