ACCEPTED OFFER $622,786, COURT DATE APRIL 23, 2026 @ VICTORIA COURTHOUSE 9:45AM. Secure a 6,632-square-foot level lot in the heart of the Saanich core. Offering prime redevelopment potential, this property is centrally located on Harriet Road, providing immediate access to major shopping centers, high-frequency transit, and the regional trail network. The existing 1,261-square-foot 1954 rancher is in poor condition and the property is being sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis, with the primary value concentrated in the land and its versatile RS-6 zoning. This is a strategic "blank canvas" opportunity for builders, developers, or investors looking to establish a footprint in a high-demand residential corridor transitioning through renewal. This represents a rare chance to acquire a mid-block parcel in a central urban location with significant long-term upside.

About

Originally from Lubbock, Texas, Jack moved to Victoria with his family in 2006. He attended St. Michaels University School and University of Victoria before completing his education at UBC.
Jack worked at a small, family owned business for several years specializing in equestrian based therapy. He started as a farmhand for 15 horses, and worked his way up to assisting clients with disabilities. The skills and work ethic he developed in this field were invaluable, and he loved the opportunity to create rewarding client relationships. Jack comes from a long line of real estate investors and salespeople, and learned from a young age that sales should revolve around serving others and solving problems.
Upon receiving his real estate license, Jack became a full-time student of the real estate industry, and is devoted to continuous education, training, and improvement, with the goal of providing outstanding quality services and a unique perspective.
Jack carries an attitude of gratitude with him in all aspects of his business, and feels fortunate to get the opportunity to develop valuable and long-lasting relationships with those that trust him.
