Presented on an elevated 4 acre stretch of high level oceanfront in Narrows West, design savvy owners chose to capitalize on the natural contours of the land and welcomed the stone outcropping and mature forest's input into the layout. This collaboration resulted in a spectacular Northwest modern aesthetic with a graceful minimalism that can only be born of exacting detail. While the nearly new home is impressive for its pristine open spaces and orderly architectural lines, it is also a place that feels instantly inviting and alive: a setting from which to observe nature up close in the utmost of comfort. The sophisticated entertainer's kitchen is equipped with a high-end appliance suite. Ceilings soar to lofty heights in the gallery - like living room. Oceanside primary suite features luxury & calm with refreshing ensuite and walkout to sunken hot tub. Guest bedrooms feature private walkouts and custom bunk beds. Outdoor kitchen. Copious storage. Sensational views. One of a kind!

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
