One of those rare Oak Bay birds is for sale for the first time in many years. Purpose built 1987 no step one level rancher (on crawl space) with a south facing easy care rear yard. The primary bedroom features a walk-in closet and newer 3 piece ensuite with an easily accessible shower. The kitchen, although original, is spacious and offers a casual eating area and desk space. The large living and dining room are combined with plenty of built in storage and a gas fireplace. The private, sunny yard is enhances by a sunroom, where you can feel one with the garden year round. There is a separate work room built in to the double garage (hobbies, office or storage?). The location is idyllic on the no exit part of Windsor, where stately homes add to the aesthetic appeal of the streetscape. Easy access to Oak Bay village, Windsor Park, and Oak Bay Marina. Please note there is damage to the living room carpet.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
