Introducing the historic De Blois Residence—a truly one-of-a-kind, heritage-registered French-style farmhouse in prestigious Cordova Bay, inspired by a Provençal ancestral home and crafted by a master shipwright. Built with stone and pumice, this distinctive home is the epitome of timeless character. The dramatic great room, flooded with natural light, showcases 14’ beamed ceilings, a stunning cathedral window and a granite fireplace. Warm wood floors lead to a mezzanine with leaded French doors opening to a serene primary retreat. A charming farmhouse kitchen with Aga stove opens to a sun-drenched deck with ocean views to the San Juan Islands and Mt. Baker. A lower-level suite adds flexibility. Wander a winding gravel path to a detached 1-bed & loft studio, set among gardens and a spacious patio—evoking a private French countryside retreat. Steps to Agate Beach and remarkably quiet. Definitely one to be seen to be appreciated.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
