Exceptional opportunity to acquire a prime development site in the heart of Cadboro Bay, one of Victoria’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. Located at 3870 Seacroft Pl, this 7,500 sqft level lot offers outstanding potential for redevelopment in a highly desirable & supply-constrained market. Positioned within Saanich’s OCP– Primary Growth Area, the property is strategically located to benefit from ongoing densification policies & long-term land use evolution. Currently zoned RS-10 (SingleFamilyDwelling), this site presents a compelling opportunity for builders & developers to explore infill or redevelopment options. A truly rare feature is the registered private easement providing direct pathway access to the beach. The lot features a functional rectangular configuration w approx: 75 ft frontage & nearly 100 ft depth, along w minimal elevation change (~1.25m). Whether held as a strategic land bank or developed in the near term, this is a high-quality acquisition opportunity.
