Welcome to 5876 Stoltze Rd — a 40-acre private mountaintop property in the Cowichan Valley, offering exceptional privacy, strong sun exposure, and rare 360-degree panoramic views from multiple vantage points, including sweeping valley and mountain outlooks with visible water glimpses toward Cowichan Bay and parts of the Cowichan River. Its elevated setting creates the uncommon advantage of both sunrise and sunset from the same property. The 2-bedroom, 1-bath home offers comfortable day-to-day living and is supported by substantial independent infrastructure, including a major solar/battery system, private well, constructed wetland septic system with leach field, reliable cell service, and Starlink high-speed internet. Ideally positioned between Duncan and Lake Cowichan, this distinctive lifestyle acreage offers privacy, natural beauty, and modern low-dependence living within convenient reach of shopping, services, trails, parks, river recreation, and warm-water summer destinations.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
