Rare 2.45 acre lakefront estate on Shawnigan Lake, offering expansive frontage and exceptional privacy, tucked away at the end of a long, winding driveway through a peaceful, park like setting. The property features substantial deep water frontage, ideal for swimming, boating, and true lakeside living, with excellent separation from neighbouring docks. The main cabin offers a wraparound porch and large windows capturing south, east, and north facing lake views, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom full of natural light and character. A separate guest cabin has been fully remodelled, offering immediate use for family or visitors. With ample acreage, there is outstanding potential for a custom residence or family compound within existing setbacks. A blue chip waterfront opportunity, representing one of the finest and most private holdings on the lake.

About

Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Criminology and International Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In 2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate Board.
