OH Sat Apr 18 11-1. Rare two-level condo with a hard-to-find walk-out patio, offering a treehouse-like feel. This is a layout you don’t often see. Two bedrooms, thoughtfully positioned, with endless ways to shape the space around your life. Upstairs, the sun-drenched living, dining, and kitchen come together, along with a bedroom that shifts easily between guest space, work, or something more personal. From here, the space feels quiet and sheltered, offering a sense of calm that’s rare in a downtown setting. Downstairs, you’ll find a bright and airy bedroom that opens directly onto the sunny patio. Step outside to soak up the sun, or flip it and make this your main entertaining space, with easy flow outdoors while keeping your private spaces upstairs. It’s a home that doesn’t dictate how you live in it. It gives you the freedom to decide. Secure underground parking and in-suite laundry included in this pet-friendly building, right downtown but just outside the busiest stretch. Vacant.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
