Rooted in one of Victoria’s most celebrated streets, this 2006 built home in James Bay offers the kind of location that rarely comes available at this price. Steps to Dallas Road, Beacon Hill Park, the Inner Harbour, and the best of the city on foot - this is a home for buyers who choose neighbourhood over a garage. The three-storey layout delivers generous, well-proportioned living on the upper floors with flexible additional accommodation below. 3 bedrooms up with a primary bedroom that is bathed in light and comes with a spa-like ensuite. A private south facing yard, mature landscaping, and a turnkey presentation round out the package. Street parking on Michigan is readily available. For the discerning buyer who values James Bay ‘new’ character style, a flexible plan with suite, and a walkable/bikeable lifestyle, this is a compelling opportunity.

About
In addition to my real estate license, I have a diploma in Interior Design, I am a Luxury Specialist, a designated SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert).
Born on Saltspring Island, I was raised in Victoria. My University years took me to Vancouver, Los Angeles (Interior Design), and finally, Halifax, where I majored in Political Science and Economics. Moving back to Victoria, I purchased, renovated and sold numerous homes over 20 years before deciding to take the final step and "sell those homes myself". Easier said than done, I learned very quickly...and subsequently followed the path to become a professional Realtor.
I was first licensed as a Realtor in 2001. Using my skills as an interior designer, I keep a full storage locker for staging properties, a complimentary service for my Sellers. I have several videos to share that explain the importance of a well-staged home.
I am a very proud Mother and Grandmother. When I am not working with Buyers & Sellers, I can be found on the tennis court, golf course, cycling, or navigating along our magnificent west coast.
I love meeting with people to discuss their real estate needs & wants. No question is too elementary, I am here to help!
Give me a call/text/email and let's get together.
