Over 3,500 sq ft of beautifully finished living space on a quiet cul-de-sac — and quick possession available! This spacious 5-bed, 3-bath home offers a fantastic layout with the primary bedroom plus a second bedroom on the main floor, and three more generously sized bedrooms upstairs. A large open sitting area on the upper level overlooks the lower family room, adding great bonus space for the whole family. The large kitchen features quartz countertops and plenty of workspace. Off the family room and primary bedroom, a deck provides a simple outdoor retreat. The landscaped front yard and wide U-shaped driveway offer great curb appeal, while the fully fenced backyard and gated side yard with RV/boat parking add everyday practicality. All of this on one of the area's most desirable streets — walk to Claremont Secondary, and just minutes to Broadmead Village, Mattick's Farm, Cordova Bay Golf Course & the Lochside Trail.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
