Hollywood Crescent is one of Fairfield's most beloved waterfront streets. An tree-lined curve along the ocean with sandy Gonzales Bay at the end. This 1911 home anchors the corner where Robertson meets Hollywood on a generous lot, with neighbours on one side only. Beach access across the street, ocean views fill the front windows; light pours through every room. Inside, the craftsmanship is intact: stained and leaded glass catching afternoon light, coffered ceilings, pressed tin above the kitchen, three fireplaces. Heated tile in the kitchen and primary ensuite. Primary on the main for single-level living. Upstairs suite has its own civic address (111 Robertson St), meter & private entrance. ~1,000 sqft, ocean-view sunroom, full kitchen, laundry. Family, in-laws, income. Walk-out lower adds a fourth bedroom, workshop, and potential. Out back: Fruit trees and gardens in bloom, 30-foot fenced patio. Walk to Cook Street, Shops, Dallas Road. Pre-inspection available. A rare one.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
