Open house Saturday, May 9th 10:30am-12:00 noon. The views don't get better than this! With a huge west facing deck on the ninth floor you can enjoy all the activity that the Inner Harbour has to offer, right from the comfort of your own home. Lots of room on the patio for entertaining and green thumbs (dedicated water tap for your plants). There is a second smaller balcony on the south side with views to the Olympic Mountains and Salish Sea. The building offers an outdoor seasonal pool, sauna, games room and indoor gym-feel like you are on a permanent vacation at the Laurel Point condominiums. The unit will need new flooring (hardwood permitted with strata guidelines and approval), but well worth the renovation efforts with this prestigious address. This is a rare opportunity to purchase a unit with one of the best views in the city and add your own personal stamp. Take over in time to have a premier seat for the Canada Day firewaorks show!

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
