This is more than a property on the lake. With a fully remodelled interior, new roof, a detached private suite, and a garden perfect for growing, 1055 Trillium Rd is ready for you to enjoy lake life. Critical updates: New roof, kitchen, bathrooms, HRV with ducting, hot water tank, attic insulation, grinder pump, gutters, lower-level plumbing, and new flooring. Mornings in the garden, afternoons on the dock, evenings by the fire pit. Life here runs on lake time. An open main level connects to a lake-facing patio with expansive views. The primary bedroom overlooks the tree canopy. Downstairs, a walk-out lower level features two bedrooms, full bath, laundry, & storage. Across the front garden, the private detached suite stands apart—ready as a mortgage helper or retreat. Minutes to trails, shopping, and entertainment. All the city offers and a lake that makes you forget you needed it. In a market where turnkey waterfront is rare, this is a smart investment

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
