Some people spend their whole lives planning for a moment like this. A piece of land that produces. A home that fits the landscape. Animals in the fields, food in the garden, and enough sky to remember what matters. Welcome to Glenraven. Thirty acres in the Fulford Valley on Salt Spring Island, with Mt. Bruce rising behind the property and Fulford Harbour catching the light in the distance. The farmhouse is modern and generous, four bedrooms, running largely on its own solar through the summer. Behind it, the land is already doing what you have always imagined: greenhouses, an established nursery, perennial gardens, vegetable garden, asparagus field, orchard, pastures, a Nordic coop, a gated and deer-fenced property, a year-round creek, and a pond. ALR designated, farm classified, five minutes from the ferry, fifteen from town. This is not a project. It is not a potential. It is a life, already underway, waiting for the next custodians to make it their own.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
