Looking for a quiet private peaceful place. 165 Pallot Way certainly fits the description. A perfect place to raise a family or retire. Set on 3 acres of land within walking distance to town, schools, pool and shopping. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style home with attached garage, multiple sheds and a greenhouse allow for storage and to start plants early. There is also a fenced garden area with blueberries, raspberry, Rose bushes, and poppies for some nice color. The large wrap around deck is perfect for those warm summer days. There are 2 wells. Owner uses one for home and the other for watering outside and there are 2 cisterns of approx. 900 liters each. This end of cul de sac location is very quiet and also backs onto Mouats park.

About

Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Criminology and International Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In 2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate Board.
