Perfectly positioned on over 3 sun drenched acres of spectacular southwestern exposure toward James Island and the Olympic Mountains. This architecturally striking 2020 built home blends modern comfort with timeless West Coast living. Featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, warm wood detailing, and a light filled open concept layout, the 4 bed/2 bath residence flows into an expansive wraparound deck designed for entertaining, relaxation, and unforgettable sunsets. A separate guest bunkhouse with its own roughed in bathroom, upper deck terrace complete with finished living space, and a workshop space that adds flexibility/potential. Located moments from beaches, tidal flats, walking trails, a private marina, airstrip, bird sanctuary, swimming hole, natural lagoons and a century old historic apple orchard, this is a rare opportunity to own one of Sidney Island’s most compelling newer built legacy properties.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
