open Saturday, May 30th 1:00-2:30. This is a solidly built home just a block from the water (with some ocean and mountain glimpses), with a south-facing flat and fenced back yard. Three bedrooms on the main floor and a sunroom for a home office space or kids' playroom. Great basement with 2 more generously sized bedrooms, a family room, and a full bathroom. Updated kitchen, fresh interior paint throughout in a neutral modern colour, renovated bathroom upstairs, and a sunny deck make this home so livable. Hot water on demand for the domestic water supply and hot water for the heating systems upstairs. This is an attractive home with a location that is walkable to the beach, parks and daily amenities. Easy commute downtown or to Naden, plus a quick drive to Victor Brodeur French School (K-12). There is a separate storage shed/workshop with power.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
