About
Shoayb (rhymes with vibe) began his real estate Journey with Newport and Real Estate in 2018 when he spent some time working in the conveyancing office at Newport, learning firsthand how real estate transactions are administered from the best real estate conveyancing department in Victoria. From there, he spent several years working in the financial services industry and gained valuable experiences and insights on a wide range of financial products and services. Eventually he began working as a mortgage underwriter and became licensed as a sub-mortgage broker in the province of British Columbia.
With these valuable experiences and insights under his belt, Shoayb decided to pursue a career as licensed Real Estate professional in order to deepen his connection to his adopted hometown and to help those in his community reach their financial and lifestyle goals.
In his spare time, Shoayb likes connecting with friends in the local Victoria running community which he has been involved with since his time spent as a University of Victoria varsity track and field athlete, exploring new hiking trails, and taking an occasional ocean plunge.
