This chic and stylish top-floor unit is a unicorn waiting for a new owner to love it. It benefits from light on three sides and features a large south-facing deck with water and mountain views. The den is spacious enough to serve as a second bedroom (lacking closet space, but you can add one or use an armoire). There is a 300-square-foot balcony that will satisfy sun lovers and gardeners alike, with surprisingly lovely views. The design is very sleek and efficient, with modern finishes and a consistent colour scheme. Abundant natural light fills the space through numerous windows and two skylights. A ductless heat pump maintains comfortable temperatures year-round, and an electric fireplace in the living room adds ambiance. Located right in the centre of Sidney, this boutique-style building boasts a timeless architectural design and is only 4 years old. The unit includes a parking spot, a storage locker, and access to a shared bike lock-up.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
