Step into one of Victoria's architectural treasures just steps from iconic Dallas Road! Designed by renowned architect Samuel Maclure in 1911, the Runnels/Grant House is celebrated for its extraordinary craftsmanship and remarkably preserved interior details. Original stained glass, rich wood floors, intricate mouldings, wainscoting, and cedar and fir woodwork evoke warmth and grandeur of a bygone era. Unlike many character homes of this age that have been divided into smaller suites over the decades, this residence retains its impressive main-home layout. Designed for family living, the grand upper levels offer 4 beds, each with its own ensuite, while a recently renovated kitchen and detatched garage seamlessly blend modern function with historic charm. Downstairs, 2 full-height suites generate approx $3,500/month, providing valuable income without compromising the integrity of the home. This spectacular home is rich in history, thoughtfully preserved, and ready for its next chapter.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
