Court-ordered sale opportunity—chattel only. This sale applies strictly to the manufactured home structure itself and does not include an existing lease or tenancy agreement with the park. Built in 2016, this 12’ X 52’ home offers a bright, low-maintenance 528 sq. ft. layout designed for comfortable living. Currently situated in the peaceful community of Chemainus Gardens, the home features an open floor plan, one bedroom, one bathroom, a modern kitchen, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Note: The home is sold "as is, where is." If the purchaser intends to keep the home situated within Chemainus Gardens, they must independently apply for, negotiate, and secure a brand new site tenancy agreement directly with park management.

About

Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Criminology and International Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In 2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate Board.
