Tucked away in a private, lush setting, this lovely rancher with ocean vistas feels like a step back in time with retro charm that is increasingly hard to find. The traditional layout includes 3 beds & 2 baths. The spacious kitchen offers generous counter space, while the separate dining room opens to an east-facing deck w/ocean views & morning sun. A double-sided brick fireplace connects the dining & living rooms & bay window adds natural light. The primary suite is set apart with 5-piece ensuite. The family room features a vaulted wood ceiling, exposed beams & a corner wood-burning fireplace. Also included are a laundry room, back private patio, carport & long driveway. Surrounded by mature greenery, the property feels peaceful yet remains close to amenities. Located in Cordova Bay near schools, Mattick’s Farm, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mt. Douglas Park & Elk/Beaver Lake. Broadmead Village is a short drive away. A special property in a beautiful setting, ready for its next chapter.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
