Rarely does a south-facing waterfront property offer both privacy and direct access to the shoreline. Set on 0.87 acres at the east end of Razor Point Road, this special property features stairs to the beach in sheltered Port Browning Harbour, where you can launch a kayak, paddle to Mortimer Spit or explore nearby islands. Custom built and thoughtfully designed, the home embraces its natural surroundings with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and an open-concept living area that captures ocean views and a true West Coast atmosphere. The main level offers one-level living, while the lower level provides 9ft ceilings, more bedrooms, full bathroom, utility room and large storage space. Enjoy island life with oceanfront decks, a sauna, workshop, fenced gardens, heat pump, and generator. Close to Sea Star Vineyards, marina and Driftwood Centre, this property offers the rare combination of shoreline access, recreation, and connection to the water that draws people to Pender Island.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
