This beautifully updated near Oceanfront home blends luxury, comfort, and thoughtful design in all the right ways. Recent enhancements bring a dynamic, elevated feel throughout, from stunning hand-blown Bocci lighting in the breakfast nook and kitchen island to the show stopping living room chandelier and designer office lighting. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with premium appliances, including a Miele dishwasher and an integrated DCS fridge by Fisher & Paykel, while the home’s multiple Heat & Glo fireplaces create a warm, sophisticated atmosphere in the living room, primary suite, and downstairs family room. The primary ensuite retreat feels especially indulgent, featuring a three-sided fireplace, heated towel rack, and a smart Kohler toilet for a spa-inspired experience. Downstairs, the family room is designed for relaxing and entertaining, complete with a Sony Bravia XR OLED TV, matching speaker system, and a stylish wet bar with black marble countertop, sink, and tap. Practical upgrades add even more peace of mind, including a newer roof and skylights, solar panels, furnace and heat pump. Outside, the backyard is anchored by a striking fire table that makes evenings by the ocean feel unforgettable. There is something truly special about a home that captures your heart the moment you arrive, and this beautifully updated retreat does exactly that. From the shimmering water views to the unforgettable sunsets that paint the sky each evening, every detail invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel at home. Outside, the deck becomes your front-row seat to the beauty of Brentwood Bay—a place where morning coffee, evening wine, and everyday moments feel extraordinary. Here, life is filled with paddle boarding, seaside walks with the dogs, nearby trails, boating, dining, and the magic of Butchart. This is more than a beautifully updated home—it is a lifestyle. Mooring.ca says that a Mooring buoy is possible. Buyer to do their own diligence to confirm.

About

Born and raised in Victoria, BC, I am fortunate to have a large network of friends and family which includes my husband of 25 years, Bo, our daughter, Tasha, who attends the University of Victoria and our 4 year old Chihuahua Roxy! I'm happiest when I'm busy working and when enjoying my other passions: golf, skiing, volleyball and travelling. Living in Brentwood Bay provides the perfect backdrop for a west coast lifestyle in a community setting which is important to me. My commitment to community includes Chairing the Construction Division of the United Way of Greater Victoria where I have been part of a large team who are improving the lives of everyday Victorians and truly making a difference.

My interest in real estate started over 25 years ago when I became a Legal Assistant for many of Victoria's busiest law firms with a primary focus on real estate conveyancing. I honed my mediation, negotiation and customer service skills when I expanded into family law and personal injury claims. These acquired skills and experience connected me with Mohan Jawl, of Jawl Developments, a lawyer, real estate developer and principal of the locally-owned, family business. Starting in 1994, my role as Executive Assistant eventually lead to Real Estate Sales Manager and I was an integral part of assisting to develop the real estate portfolio including Sayward Hill, Mattick's Green/Wood at Cordova Bay Golf Course and the Selkirk Waterfront Community. From inception to completion, my roles were vast and included planning, rezoning, design drawings, project management, trade supervision, sales negotiation, contract under-writing, transaction supervision, deficiency review and final completion/move-in orientation. Handing keys to owners that I had worked with sometimes over 2 years to build their dream home was the best job satisfaction and reward I could ask for.

My commitment to superior customer service and attention to detail ensures my clients are receiving the highest levels of professionalism, exceptional service and exceeding their expectations every day. Real estate is my passion; people are my priority!
