About
Real Estate in Victoria was part of my upbringing, and has always been a part of my life.
I feel most alive when I am exploring the natural beauty of Vancouver Island. I enjoy the rhythmic solitude of paddling my kayak down the Gorge Waterway. The crazy side of me loves kayak surfing during storm season at Long Beach and windsurfing at Nitinat Lake or mountain bike riding in the woods with friends. Every winter my family enjoys skiing at Mount Washington and every summer we enjoy boating trips to the local islands. We are truly blessed to live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. I am very thankful. Indoors or outdoors, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family. I have two energetic, beautiful children and I love exploring the world through their eyes. They make me look at our world differently. They have brought me such joy.
"I FEEL MOST ALIVE WHEN I AM EXPLORING THE NATURAL BEAUTY OF VANCOUVER ISLAND."
In harmony with my personal and family time, I am always accessible to my clients. In helping people to sell their homes, it gives me pleasure to assist people moving forward in their lives. I always ask my clients what their concerns and objectives are, and to list them in order of importance. I find this an effective way to address my client's needs early.
With home buyers, I love the look of excitement on a person's face when they have found the home where they will spend their future. I thoroughly enjoy the home-buying process -from educating first-time buyers about the marketplace, touring foreigners through our beautiful city to helping people achieve their investment goals. I always look out for my client's interests first and foremost. I listen to people's needs and will play the devil's advocate, pointing out features of a home that may cause problems in the future for resale. It is important to me that my clients' needs are met now and into the future. People like that I have a personable, honest and informative approach. I am respected for my professional conduct and I always try to be thorough and reliable.
