Tucked away at the end of a dead-end road, 1131 Holly Park is the kind of home where life moves a little slower. Mornings begin with coffee in hand as you step onto your primary suite's private patio. Breakfast beneath vaulted cedar ceilings is enjoyed in the recently renovated kitchen - a space made for gathering with generous prep areas, SS appliances, and an easy flow into bright, welcoming living spaces anchored by a stunning stone fireplace and oversized bay windows. Outside, mature landscaping creates a peaceful backdrop for summer evenings, while the double garage and multiple sheds mean there's room for every hobby and adventure. Designed for effortless 1-level living, the flexible floor plan includes a legal 1-bed suite with its own entrance that could easily reconnect to create a spacious 3-bed 3 bath home. With a brand new roof, fresh exterior paint, and Brentwood Bay's beaches, cafés, and village charm just minutes away, this is a home that adapts to every stage of life.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
