Rare opportunity to become only the third owner of this classic Gordon Head executive home, lovingly maintained by the same family for decades. Offering generous room sizes, 8' ceilings, three bedrooms upstairs, and a flexible lower level with a large family room, rec room, den, laundry, storage, and powder room, there's plenty of space for a home office, gym, hobbies, or future suite potential. With older decor inside, this home is ready for your decorating ideas, while the newer roof and heat pump provide valuable updates. Two fireplaces include a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and a natural gas fireplace downstairs. The kitchen opens onto a spacious deck for BBQs and entertaining, while the sunroom off the dining room is the perfect place to relax year-round. The southeast-facing backyard offers great sun for gardening and room for kids and pets. Large carport, ample driveway & street parking, and an outstanding Gordon Head location complete this fantastic opportunity.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
