Southwest-facing suite in Polo Pacific, a boutique residence one block from Victoria's Inner Harbour in the heart of James Bay. This 1-bed, 1-bath home captures the relaxed pace of harbour-side living. Afternoon light fills the open living and dining area, and the southwest-facing balcony offers evening sun and views toward the Sooke Hills. The bedroom opens to the balcony and includes a walk-in closet and in-suite laundry, with space for a home office or reading nook. Walk to the Parliament Buildings, Beacon Hill Park, Fisherman's Wharf, downtown restaurants, cafés, and the waterfront. A well-managed building with roof replaced in 2022 and poly-b plumbing completed in-unit. Strata fees cover gas and hot water, and amenities include secure underground parking, storage locker, landscaped grounds, meeting room and two guest suites. Rentals and pets welcome. A rare opportunity to own in one of Victoria's most sought-after neighbourhoods.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
