Rarely does an opportunity of this calibre arise in Cordova Bay. Offered for the first time in 55 years, this 1956 mid-century modern gem sits on a spectacular, ultra-private 0.62-acre lot. Set back significantly from the street, the property offers a serene, park-like sanctuary complete with beautiful ocean glimpses. Inside, the 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence has been meticulously maintained, preserving the timeless architectural clean lines, exposed brick fireplace, and post-and-beam character of its era. Also included are the convenience of energy-efficient upgrades - a heat pump and vinyl, double-pane windows. Step outside your door onto the Lochside Trail, McMinn Park, or take a short stroll down to the sandy shores of Cordova Bay beach, local schools, and golf courses. Combining mid-century charm, unmatched privacy, and an expansive footprint in one of Victoria’s most prestigious coastal neighbourhoods, this irreplaceable property is a true legacy waiting for its next chapter.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
