After growing up in Dundee, Scotland my first career was in healthcare which took me to locations such as London, England, Sydney, Australia and finally Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where I managed a large, multicultural pathology laboratory for over 10 years. In 1996, after visiting BC a number of times, I decided that I needed a change in both career and residence and settled in Victoria.
