Amidst the fertile lands of the Cowichan Valley lies a distinguished estate. Benefiting from a Mediterranean climate and maritime influence, Cherry Point Estate Wines sits at the heart of British Columbia's premier wine region. Established in 1990, the 34-acre estate encompasses 24 acres of vines planted on mineral-rich glacial moraine, where south-facing slopes produce award-winning wines. The property features a family residence, licensed bistro, commercial kitchen, event pavilion, wine shop, tasting room and full production and storage facilities. Long recognized as a destination, the estate enjoys deep community roots and longstanding presence in the region's wine and culinary culture. With an established reputation, diverse revenue streams and infrastructure in place, Cherry Point presents an exceptional opportunity to build upon a respected legacy and expand its hospitality, tourism, event and wine production potential, all within easy reach of Victoria, Nanaimo and the mainland.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
