Tucked into the heart of Jubilee/Fernwood, this upper 2 bedroom unit in a 4-plex lives like a single level home, not a condo. Hardwood floors and coved ceilings run through a bright, spacious living room, while the kitchen offers a pantry and a sunny eating nook for slow mornings. The primary bedroom includes two closets, the second bedroom is equally generous, and the full bath's soaker tub is made for unwinding after a long day. In-unit laundry, a back door straight to your own parking stall, and a south facing shared yard with grapevines, peach and plum trees to harvest each summer. The roof was replaced in 2019, and this is a family-oriented, pet-friendly building with genuine neighbourhood charm. Bring your big dogs! At $362 a month, strata fees include a designated parking stall, 2 guest stalls, common storage and garden space, easy care living without giving up any outdoor charm. And the location cannot be beat, minutes to Camosun, UVIC and Royal Jubilee Hospital, with a direct bus route into everything Greater Victoria has to offer. This is a home, not just a unit, ready for its next family to fall in love with it.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
