Some homes you walk into and immediately feel it - a calm, a brightness, a sense that life here would simply be easier. This is one of those homes. Perched on the top floor with three skylights overhead, natural light fills the space and creates an inviting atmosphere throughout. Morning coffee tastes different up here. Beautifully updated 2 bed, 2 bath offering 1,100 sq. ft. of bright, functional living. The layout makes the most of every sq. ft. and features a generous living room anchored by a gas fireplace, an eat-in kitchen with brand-new never-used appliances, updated flooring, and a new hot water tank. A home that feels complete the moment you arrive. A rare find with two underground parking stalls and gas included in the strata fee. Located just steps to shops, cafés, restaurants, parks, schools, the marina, and everyday amenities in Brentwood Bay Village. Butchart Gardens is only a five minute drive away. Pets welcome! Opportunities in this building are rare, so don't miss out

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
