Open House Saturday 1 pm to 3 pm! Set in the heart of coveted James Bay, this exceptional home offers refined design & effortless modern living. Custom-built by the developer & surrounded by Victoria’s most sought-after amenities, including the Inner Harbour, Fisherman’s Wharf, downtown, cafés, shops & parks. From the moment you enter, there is a sense of warmth & thoughtful craftsmanship. The main level is designed for both relaxed living & entertaining, with an inviting open-concept living & dining area anchored by a beautiful new gas fireplace. The adjoining kitchen offers quartz countertops & built-in appliances creating a sophisticated yet welcoming heart of the home. Upstairs, the home has been thoughtfully reimagined. The former shared bathroom was taken back to the studs & reframed to create two beautifully appointed ensuites, each with heated floors. Both bedrooms now enjoy their own ensuite, while the primary offers an additional loft space, perfect for a home office or private escape. Every detail has been carefully elevated, from redesigned lighting throughout to new interior doors & window coverings. The lower level offers an exceptional extension of the home with a soundproofed one-bedroom suite, recently refreshed with new lighting, paint and window coverings. Ideal for guests, family or rental income, it also offers the flexibility to be incorporated back into the main residence, making the home remarkably adaptable. Outside, life is wonderfully low-maintenance, giving you more time to enjoy the surroundings. Step out for a morning coffee, wander along the waterfront, meet friends downtown for dinner or explore the harbour and nearby parks—all from one of Victoria’s most desirable and walkable neighbourhoods. This is James Bay living at its most sophisticated: character-rich, quietly luxurious and designed for the way you want to live.

About
Cheryl Bejcar (pronounced Bates-er) continues to earn the trust and respect of both her industry peers and her clients. She has learned that if you really care about your clients and look after them, they in turn will reward you with the loyalty that allows you to grow your business.
Cheryl was regularly awarded the prestigious National Chairman's Award placing her in the top 1% of all Royal LePage Realtors in Canada. (2003-2016) She is the recipient of the company's "Lifetime Award of Excellence." Now with Newport Realty Ltd., Cheryl consistently ranks among the top agents in all Victoria real estate companies and in 2023 was a recipient of the MLS® Outstanding Achievement Award for having won a top MLS® Award for 30 consecutive years.
Cheryl began her real estate career in Edmonton back in 1991, and she soon ranked in the top ten Alberta-wide. Moving to Victoria in 1993 she rose quickly to be the number one producer in Royal LePage Victoria. (Based on closed and collected gross commission income 1994-2016)
Before turning her hand to real estate, Cheryl was manager of a number of high-end women's fashion stores in both Toronto and Edmonton. Moving to Saskatoon, Cheryl, along with her two sisters opened their own highly successful fashion store, Fashion's Sixth Avenue.
Cheryl has always been a people person — something honed early on as a Human Resources Manager with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in Edmonton and Toronto. Not bad for a kid who grew up in a big family on a farm in Saskatchewan.
