Cedar Shores sits along the Gorge Waterway, minutes from downtown Victoria. The amenity package is a standout, with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and social lounge, plus the Gorge trails and easy access for kayaking and paddleboarding. The suite has been updated with a refreshed kitchen and new carpet throughout. There are two bedrooms, including a primary with a two-piece ensuite, plus a full bathroom off the hall. In-suite laundry is plumbed and ready for machines. The balcony sits above grade where the building follows the slope, well back from Gorge Road and quiet through the day. Parking and separate storage are included, and this suite has level, no-step access from the parking area with no elevator required. At 1,156 square feet, it offers unusually generous space, strong amenities and a waterfront setting at a price point that is increasingly hard to find.

About
Shoayb (rhymes with vibe) began his real estate Journey with Newport and Real Estate in 2018 when he spent some time working in the conveyancing office at Newport, learning firsthand how real estate transactions are administered from the best real estate conveyancing department in Victoria. From there, he spent several years working in the financial services industry and gained valuable experiences and insights on a wide range of financial products and services. Eventually he began working as a mortgage underwriter and became licensed as a sub-mortgage broker in the province of British Columbia.
With these valuable experiences and insights under his belt, Shoayb decided to pursue a career as licensed Real Estate professional in order to deepen his connection to his adopted hometown and to help those in his community reach their financial and lifestyle goals.
In his spare time, Shoayb likes connecting with friends in the local Victoria running community which he has been involved with since his time spent as a University of Victoria varsity track and field athlete, exploring new hiking trails, and taking an occasional ocean plunge.
