Soaring 12’ floor-to-ceiling Pella windows frame the ever-changing outlook while filling the open main level with natural light. Refined finishes include bespoke white oak cabinetry, maple hardwood floors, motorized blinds & awning, and geothermal heating & cooling. A generous entertaining deck, accessed from both the living room & primary suite, overlooks the city lights and sweeping coastal landscape, while a private front patio offers a quiet retreat. The lower level provides spacious, flexible living areas, a covered all-season patio & abundant storage. A coveted detached double garage plus driveway parking complete the offering. Exceptional design, privacy and breathtaking views come together in a spectacular setting, minutes from downtown Victoria, shops & nature trails.

About
Larry grew up on a cattle farm in Central Alberta, near the
foothills of the Rocky Mountains. After receiving his Bachelor of
Science with a concentration in Criminology and International
Development from the University of Ottawa, Larry moved to the west
coast. It didn't take long for Larry to realize Victoria was an amazing
city and that it would be a privilege to be a part of this community. In
2009/2010 he sat as a Director on the Fairfield/Gonzales Community
Association and chaired the Fairfield Environment Committee. Larry has
also sat on the General Liaison Committee for the Victoria Real Estate
Board.
